Our execution plan is broken down into five distinct modules. Each module represents a core component of work that builds upon the last, from legal setup to a fully operational and proven pilot.
M1: Legal & Foundational Setup
This module involves creating the compliant two-entity architecture.
- Incorporate the
Global Issuance Entity in a recognized, crypto-friendly jurisdiction (e.g., ADGM).
- Incorporate the
Local Origination Entity in the chosen pilot market (e.g., India, Vietnam).
- Draft all foundational legal agreements, including the "Invoice Purchase Agreement" for SMEs and the "Investor Subscription Agreement" for the platform.
M2: Core Platform & Smart Contract Development
This module covers the core technology build.
- Develop the smart contracts for asset tokenization, investor whitelisting (KYC/AML), and automated yield distribution.
- Build the Core Investor Portal (dApp) for the investor-facing platform.
- Deploy all smart contracts to a public testnet for rigorous testing and integration.
M3: Security Audit & Mainnet Deployment
This module focuses on security, trust, and production readiness.
- Engage a reputable, third-party security firm to conduct a comprehensive audit of all smart contracts.
- Remediate all critical findings from the audit report.
- Deploy the fully audited and secured smart contracts and platform to the mainnet.
M4: Partner Onboarding & First Transaction
This module bridges the technology with the real-world market.
- Finalize the LOI and sign the full "Invoice Purchase Agreement" with our first pilot SME.
- Onboard the partner by completing all legal, KYB (Know Your Business), and technical integrations.
